Payments & Delivery

Payment options available

• Cash billing – You can pay by cash at the counter
• Cheque payment by post – Crossed Account payee Cheque by post is accepted for orders placed Online. Goods will be shipped, once payment is cleared by the Bank. Kindly indicate the ORDER ID at the reverse of the Cheque.
• Online Bank Transfer – you can transfer the bill amount online, to our Bank account using Internet banking facility. You need to have Internet Banking facility activated for your Bank account. Kindly indicate the ORDER ID, in the REFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS field in order to track your payment. Goods will be shipped once payment is confirmed by our Bank.
• Credit Card Payments – We hope to activate Credit card payment gateway too in the near future, to enable payments using VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.

Delivery options available to our Customers

• Local pickup – Customer can make payment by Online Bank transfer, and arrange an Authorized person to pickup the goods from the Bookshop
• Domestic Courier Service – We can dispatch the goods by Domestic Courier Service for Door-delivery.
• Dispatch by Sri Lanka Parcel Post – Goods with substantial weight can be forwarded by Parcel Post. It may require collection from your nearest post office. A note will be delivered from your Post office informing the arrival of the Parcel. you will be required to collect the Parcel within THREE working days to avoid penalty charges for non collection of goods.
• Dispatch by Sri Lanka Post Normal service – Small Parcels which can be delivered by your Postman at your door step.
• International Courier Service – Using FedEx and DHL.

Courier and Postal charges differ according to Weight of the products and the Delivery Locations.

We take good care in packing to protect the goods from damage. We would appreciate if you could contact us for clarifications if you choose any breakable items for delivery.
